We have led the regional IT industry for a number of years, often deploying the largest infrastructure projects East & Central Africa's largest Unix and Windows Server clusters, the largest Storage systems, the first disaster recovery solution, the largest deployment of Microsoft infrastructure solutions, while also sub Sahara Africa's first campus-wide wireless data network. We've built these solutions in collaboration with globally leading vendors such as HP as an Enterprise partner, NetApp as a business partner, Microsoft as their first Gold partner, Citrix as a Solutions partner, Veritas as VAR and Cisco as their first premier partner.
As we continued to review our value proposition to these enterprises, we improved our service delivery model by certifying our processes across the ISO 9002 standards from Nemko, the dutch certification council.
Over the years, we began to view our engagement with our customers as a critical element of their execution infrastructure. We recognized the growing role of IT as an operational component of our customer's business strategy and success. An enabling capability that will eventually assist them in their business strategies, including collaborative product development, consumer-driven supply chain, multi-tiered channel management and customer services…etc. Services that are actually impossible to execute without the support of underlying business applications, data repositories, and workflow systems, along with the basic networks, servers, storage, and other infrastructure they require.
We are today, a dynamic IT service delivery company that help our customers smartly leverage their information infrastructure, to reduce costs, improve efficiency and impact business benefits. We see that without understanding this fundamental requirement we cannot effectively serve our customers.
